Welcome to Pixxel Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pixxel Studio website and its related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By registering for an account, accessing, or using Pixxel Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service. The Service is operated by Pixxel Studio ("we", "us", or "our").
Pixxel Studio is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web application that enables users to convert, recreate, and export frontends of existing websites. By entering a target URL, the Service crawls the website, processes visual assets and structure, and packages them into a clean, editable Next.js code workspace. Pixxel Studio is provided for web development, prototyping, and educational use cases. It does not store user-generated projects permanently on its servers; project code is verified, compiled, and zipped on a temporary server directory, then returned directly to the user as a ZIP file download.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use Pixxel Studio. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including your session cookies and tokens) and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
Ownership of Submitted Websites: Pixxel Studio does not claim ownership over any website layout, content, code, or design that you submit to the Service for conversion. You retain all rights you may hold in the target website and its contents.
License and Responsibility: When you enter a target URL, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal rights, permissions, or license required to copy, modify, and reproduce the design, assets, and code of the target website. Users must only submit websites, content, designs, code, and assets that they own or are legally authorized to reproduce, modify, or process. Pixxel Studio does not grant users permission to copy third-party websites or content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights. Pixxel Studio is a developer utility and cannot verify ownership or authorization of submitted websites.
We offer different tiers of access to our Service, which are subject to limit caps on exports, crawls, and storage consumption:
Storage limits represent the cumulative size of compiled and pre-built code directories processed for your user ID.
Paddle Integration: All subscription transactions, checkouts, and recurring billing operations are handled and processed directly by our third-party payment partner, Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By upgrading to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's checkout terms and conditions.
Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. You will be billed automatically using the payment details saved on Paddle.
Pricing Adjustments: We reserve the right to change plan pricing or features at any time. Any changes to pricing will apply to your next billing cycle with advance notice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the billing management portal through your Dashboard. When you submit a cancellation request, your subscription remains active in a "scheduled cancellation" state, allowing full access to your plan features until the end of the current paid billing period. At the end of the period, the subscription expires, and your account will automatically downgrade to the Default Free tier, subject to the Free plan limits.
PIXXEL STUDIO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE CONVERTED WEB CODE WILL BE 100% ERROR-FREE, COMPATIBLE WITH ALL BROWSER STANDARDS, OR THAT THE CONVERSION WILL BE A PERFECT ONE-TO-ONE GRAPHICAL OR FUNCTIONAL CLONE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PIXXEL STUDIO, ITS OPERATORS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, CODE EXPORTS, OR THIRD-PARTY ASSETS CRAWLED VIA THE SYSTEM.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
